Spring on the Costa Brava smells of vineyards, the sea and history. April is the perfect time to be seduced by the landscapes of the Empordà while exploring its rich wine culture through Vívid, the wine festival returning in 2026 with a programme full of unique experiences. To help you make the most of your getaway in comfort and nature, we’ve paired each experience with a stay at our Campings Sènia, perfectly located near the festival’s main venues.

Get ready to savour the Empordà like never before with our selection of plans.
Experiences in Alt Empordà
Alt Empordà is one of the most emblematic wine-producing areas in Catalonia. From Camping Sènia Riu, located in Sant Pere Pescador, you can easily access several of the most outstanding activities of the festival.
One of the first events is “
Arpa i Vinyes: Matí de Música i Vins” (4 April, from 9am to 11am), at Celler Massís de l’Albera. A morning experience that invites you to enjoy wines at a particularly peaceful time of day, through a breakfast accompanied by an intimate harp concert.
On 11 April, Celler Martín Faixó hosts “
Winefulness: silenci i vinyes al mar” (from 11am to 1pm), a proposal that combines wine and wellbeing in a spectacular setting within the Cap de Creus Natural Park. Ideal for those seeking a more sensory and relaxing experience.
The slow pace of Empordà can be fully experienced with “Empordàlia Slow” (18 April, from 9:30am to 12pm), at Celler Empordàlia in Pau. An activity that highlights local produce, with a mindful walk among vineyards and olive trees, a yoga session and brunch.
For food lovers, “Vibrantment maridats” (25 April, from 10:30am to 1pm), at Celler Pere Guardiola (Capmany), offers an experience where wine is combined with different local products, creating a journey of flavours and nuances.
All these activities are an excellent option to complement your stay at Camping Sènia Riu, enjoying day trips among vineyards and unique landscapes of Empordà.
Experiences in Costa Brava Centre
If you are staying at Camping Sènia Cala Gogo Internacional, you will also find very special VÍVID proposals in the Baix Empordà area, many of them with the sea as a backdrop.
On 26 April, you can start the day with “Esmorzar entre vinyes” at Celler Viníric in Calonge (from 9:30am to 12pm), a gastronomic experience in which local chefs prepare a menu with local produce in a privileged setting among vineyards.
On the same day, the Ermita de Sant Sebastià de la Guarda, in Palafrugell, hosts “Beure a poc a poc: el vi que cura” (from 11:30am to 1pm), a proposal that invites you to discover the history of wine with archaeologist and sommelier Romina Ribera. It includes a visit and tasting of 4 wines in a unique setting.
Both experiences are perfect to complete your stay at Cala Gogo Internacional, combining sea, gastronomy and wine culture in one trip.
