Girona

Calonge

Discover the coves and beaches of the city of Calonge, such as Cala Ses Torretes to which Camping Senia Cala Gogo has direct access.

Calonge and Sant Antoni consist of two central cores: Calonge inland and Sant Antoni on the seafront. The historic centre of Calonge is the most striking example of its millennial history. The town of Calonge enjoys a privileged location in the centre of the Costa Brava. Located between the sea and the mountains and with a favorable climate, it is an incomparable environment.

You will find a wide and large beach in front of Sant Antoni and several bays in the southern part, between Calonge and Playa de Aro. Here you will walk the coast path that takes you through a series of beautiful small bays, the typical coves of the Costa Brava. One of them is popularly known as Cala Gogo and is recognized as one of the most beautiful in Girona.

Just over 1 km from Sant Antoni, Playa de Aro and its tourist centre with several shops, restaurants and bars, is perfect for having a drink or dinner by the sea. The fishing village of Palamós is also 5 km away, perfect for tasting delicious Mediterranean and Catalan dishes in its great restaurants specializing in fish, but more than anything else, the famous "Palamós prawns".
