1: Terms of booking conditions for camping pitches
Deposit: This will consist of 50% of the total amount. The rest to be paid 15 days before arrival. If this payment doesn't take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay. This amount will be deducted from the fnal bill. If by 12.00 noon on the following day of the arrival date booked, the customer has not checked in yet, he will lose all his rights of the booking and the deposit.
Pitches: A concrete number of plot can not be reserved (except MySpace Camping). Upon arrival, you will be told which one you are getting.
The campsite has the right to cancel any reservation if it is proved that the details given in the application form are incorrect.
Some services (Mini Club, Entertainment, Chill Out,etc.) might not be available all the season .The prices include VAT.Touristic Tax not included.
The camping reserves the right to refuse a booking within the 3 working days following the date of the reservation. In this case, the camping would inform the customer in writing and within the delay specifed. Max. 6 persons (adults or kids with their parents) per plot.
IMPORTANT: Passport or National ID is needed to access the site.
In order to improve security, and to get access to some free services, it is compulsory to wear bracelets on the campsite premises at all times.
2: Terms of booking conditions for renting Mobile Homes, Glamping Tents and Bungalows
Payments: Except for some special offers, conditions are: 50% to pay when booking. The remaining 50% has to paid 15 days before arrival. If this payment doesn't take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay. In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. The dates of the stay cannot be modified. The camping reserves the right to replace the accommodation for an equivalent or closely similar standard accommodation due to circumstances that are outside its control (accommodation not usable, major repair etc.). A maximum number of occupants applies for each chalet type and cannot be exceeded. If before 12 midday of the day following the scheduled arrival date, the customer hasn't checked in and the campsite has not been notified of any delay, the customer loses the reservation and any right to reimbursement of the deposit. In this case the camping will have the right to hire the accommodation to a third party.

3: Conditions of the contract for the pitches MySpace Camping:
1 It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of the campsite
2 The pitches will be available for the customer from 1 p.m. on the agreed arrival's date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 12 midday on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival's date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure's date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.
3 The minimum stay will be of 10 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season.
4 In order to confirm the acceptance if the contract the customer has to make a payment of 50% by bank transfer or credit card after having received the instructions. The outstanding balance for the planned stay has to be sent by bank transfer at least 15 days before the due arrival. Not issuing the 2nd payment will imply the cancellation of the contract and therefore the customer loses the right to occupy the requested pitch .

6 Any customer who does not arrive by 12 midday of the day following the due arrival date loses the right to occupy the pitch. The campsite reserves the right to rent this pitch unless the customer informs the reception about the delay. In such a case the booking will remain valid.

7 The administrative costs for the MySpace Camping are between 1 and 5 Euro per night. The campsite guarantees the customer the right to occupy the requested pitch during the stay as indicated in the contract except for unforeseen circumstances. In this case there will be a refund of the administrative costs for the MySpace Camping pitch.
4: Conditions of the contract for lodgings MyHouse.
It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of the campsite.
The lodgings will be available for the customer from 4 p.m. on the agreed arrival’s date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 11 am on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival’s date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure’s date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.
A minium stay of 7 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season. When booking, please indicate the number of adults and children and also select MyHous. Indicate in comments number you would like to get and wait for the answer of the campsite.

4: Cancellation guarantie
The Sènia Group proposes hiring a cancellation guarantee that covers, under certain circumstances, the reimbursement of all or part of your stay.
- The subscription to the cancellation guarantee package is strongly advised. The cost of the Cancellation Guaranteemust be fully payed at the time of the booking.
- Group Sènia will not refund for any reason not covered by this guarantee.
- All started stayings will be paid in full.
