Only 6 people are allowed on pitches,(Daytime visits could reach up to 10 people) except for tents S, where only 3 people are allowed.

These are the accommodation categories. The 3 Seni accommodations are simpler and the 4 and 5 Seni are more complete,

Do the accommodations include kitchenware?
Yes, all Sènia accommodations have everything you need to cook: cutlery, pans, pottery, glasses, etc.

beach at campsite Caballo de Mar has coarse sand: no pebbles or fine sand. Here you can comfortably lie down, play and build castles with your children.
The sea gets very deep in a few steps, so you can't walk in. But it is perfect for swimming.
There is also a beach area right next to the campsite where you can go with your four-legged friend.

Todas las parcelas del camping están rodeadas de árboles, lo que proporciona zonas con sombra natural. No podemos garantizar sombra durante todo el día, pero gracias a la vegetación, el sol no incide directamente a todas horas.

No, el camping no dispone de zonas específicas para mascotas ni instalaciones dedicadas a ellas, como pipican, duchas para animales u otros servicios especiales.
Sin embargo, contamos con una salida directa al paseo del río, un espacio ideal para pasear y disfrutar de agradables momentos con tu mascota en plena naturaleza.
¿Están permitidos los perros en la playa cercana al camping Sènia Riu?
Según la normativa municipal del Ayuntamiento de Sant Pere Pescador, está prohibida la presencia de perros en las playas del municipio.
No obstante, a poca distancia del camping se encuentra la Playa de la Rubina, una de las pocas playas de la Costa Brava donde los perros son bienvenidos durante todo el día. ¡Un espacio ideal para disfrutar del mar con tu mascota!

¿Puedo llevar mi propia embarcación al camping Sènia Riu?
Sí, puedes traer tu embarcación sin problema. Solo debes indicar que necesitas un amarre al hacer tu reserva.
Además, deberás presentar la documentación de la embarcación para obtener una matrícula que te permita navegar por el río Fluvià y registrarla en la Agencia Catalana del Agua, entidad encargada de gestionar la circulación fluvial.

Todas las embarcaciones, ya sean hinchables pequeñas, kayaks o embarcaciones rígidas. Cualquier embarcación que esté en el agua debe estar registrada y llevar su matrícula.

Para asegurarnos de que tu embarcación se adapta a nuestro embarcadero, es imprescindible que no supere los 0,60 m de calado ni los 1,80 m de altura.
Además, si tu embarcación ocupa más de un amarre al estacionar, deberás abonar el costo correspondiente a ambos.

Is it possible to enter the accommodation before check-in time?
You can arrive early without any problem to the camping facilities. If the accommodation is clean, we will immediately give you the keys so you can enjoy yourself. But we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 4 p.m.
Is there accommodation for the entire season?
At the moment, we do not have any accommodation for long-term stays in any of our campsites.
Do the accommodations include sheets and towels?
It depends on the category of accommodation. At the Sènia campsites we divide the accommodations by categories: 5 Senis (Luxury), 4 Senis (Standard) and 3 Senis (Single). Well, all 5 Senis accommodations and Glampings include sheets. In the case of towels, they are never included.
If you wish, you can bring sheets and towels from home or rent them at reception for €2/person per night for sheets and €2/person per night for towels (Cala Gogo International €2.50/person per night)
Are pillows included in the accommodations?
Yes, pillows are included in all accommodations.

What are the 3 Senis, 4 Senis and 5 Senis accommodations?
These are the accommodation categories. The 3 Senis accommodations are simpler and the 4 and 5 Senis are more complete, reaching some 5 Senis with TV connected to the internet, dishwasher, 2 showers, etc.
Do the accommodations include kitchenware?
Yes, all Sènia accommodations have everything you need to cook: cutlery, pans, pots, glasses, etc.
It should be noted that the superior accommodations (5 Senis) have more complete and luxurious kitchenware.
Can I put a tent on the terrace of the accommodation?
Sènia is not accepted at any of the campsites, but there is the possibility of booking accommodation with a tent pitch right next to it. Call us and we will inform you.
Can I exceed the capacity of the accommodation if it is a baby?
In no case can the capacity established in the different accommodations or campsite plots be exceeded.
Do I have to bring cleaning products?
Don't worry, upon your arrival you will find a small Kit with dishwasher, scouring pad and toilet paper roll, brush, dustpan, mop, etc. In any case, if you need anything else you will find it in the campsite supermarket.
Is there anything that is not included in the reservation that I should take from home?
In principle, all you need is a desire to have a great time in Sènia.
Does my accommodation include shampoo and gel?
All Sènia accommodations include Rituals brand gel and shampoo, except accommodations without a bathroom (COCO, KENTIA, TENT...) and accommodations 4 Senis and 3 Senis at Camping Sènia Rupit.
And, as an exclusive feature of the 5 Senis accommodations, you will also find the body moisturizing cream in them, from the same Rituals range.
Can I add a person to the stay?
Yes, as long as the accommodation capacity is not exceeded. You can add it by calling by phone, by email or even upon arrival at the campsite.
What documents do I need to bring when I arrive at the campsite?
Even if you have checked in online, your ID or identification letter is mandatory. If you come with a pet, the card is also necessary.
Are there blankets in the accommodation?
Yes, and if you need more you can request it for free at the reception.
Is there accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Correct. We have Access accommodation for 4 people at the Cala Gogo Internacional, Riu, Tucan and Caballo de Mar campsites. These accommodations are fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Can I add pension to my reservation?
Yes, at the Sènia campsites we have food pensions. Breakfast, half board (breakfast + lunch or dinner) or full board (breakfast + lunch + dinner) can be added to your reservation. You can contract this service at the time of booking or by contacting us by email or phone. You can even hire it once you are already at the campsite!
Can I request a crib or high chair for the baby?
Yes, at the Sènia campsites we have the Baby Pack (highchair, crib and baby bathtub) that can be included in the reservation for €6 per night. If you want to add one for your stay you can do so at the time of booking, by email or by phone.
Are Sènia checks valid for accommodation?
No, Sènia checks are only valid for plots.
Can I choose a specific accommodation?
Yes, you can select the MyHouse option that allows you to choose a specific accommodation.
Do the glamping sites have a bathroom?
Yes. In addition, not only do they have a bathroom, but as their name indicates, they are accommodations with glamor and luxury inside. The only glamping sites that do not have their own bathroom are the COCO, the KENTIA and the Bivac
Is it too hot at glamping sites?
It is true that although they are luxury tents, glamping sites are more susceptible to heat and in times of high sun it can get hot. However, the double roof causes air to enter and leave, thus lowering the temperature. Some also have air conditioning.

Do glamping sites include sheets and towels?

Are pets allowed?
It depends on the campsite, the time of the season and the type of accommodation:
On the one hand, pets are allowed on the pitch in all campsites except in the Cala Gogo sector in summer (In 2025, prohibited from 07/11 to 08/24)
On the other hand, accommodation is allowed in some campsites such as Camping Sènia Caballo de Mar (Bora Pets AC, Helia Plus Pets, Aura Pets, Bora Beach Pets AC, Hidra Beach Pets), in Camping Sènia Riu (Mobil Home Croma Gold Pets), in Camping Sènia Cala Canyelles (Coco), in Sènia Rupit (Bora) and in Sènia Cala Gogo Internacional (Marina Pets).
*Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed and a maximum of one pet per stay.
Can my dog/pet go loose?
No, your pet must always be on a leash and it is prohibited to leave the pet alone in the accommodation or pitch.
Is the muzzle mandatory?
The muzzle is not mandatory.
Can I block an accommodation without booking?
Accommodations cannot be saved without making a reservation.
How much do you have to pay to reserve?
To reserve it is necessary to pay 30% of the reservation amount. If you make the reservation by phone, email or WhatsApp, you have 7 days to make the payment.
When is the second payment made?
The remaining payment is made, together with online check-in, 7 days before the day of arrival at the campsite. We will send you an email to inform you.
Is Check-in mandatory?

How can I buy Sènia Checks?
You can buy our Sènia Checks upon arrival at the campsite at the same reception. These are sold in blocks of 10 nights which cost €240.

Are there discounts for long stays or for groups?

How can I request an invoice for my stay?
At the time of check-out you can ask us to send you the invoice for your stay, or even by sending us an email.
Can I visit for just 1 day?
You are only allowed to enjoy the campsite facilities if you have a reservation there or if someone you know is staying.
Are visitors allowed?
Yes, visits are allowed, although at some times during the season they may be limited in order to comply with capacity limits.
In the case of Camping Caballo de Mar, visits are only allowed if acquaintances have capacity in the bungalow or plot and these are authorized by reception.

Is there Wi-Fi at the campsites?
Yes, in all Sènia Group campsites we have Wi-Fi service. This has an additional cost of €6 for 24 hours and €17 for a week, one device at a time.

Can I arrive at the campsite at night?
In the event that you arrive and the reception is closed, don't worry, our security partner will have the keys to your accommodation or the information about your plot. Of course, if you arrive later than 00:00 you will not be able to access the campsite with your car or any other vehicle.
Vehicle circulation hours within the campsite?
The circulation of vehicles is prohibited from 00:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m., or in some campsites from 00:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. They will have to make sure what schedule is followed at each campsite once they get there.
Can I leave the accommodation/pitch later? Is there the possibility of “Late Check Out”?
In general, departure from accommodation is at 11am and departure from pitches at 12pm. However, there is the possibility of staying longer:
In low season (from opening to June 22, and from September 1 to closing): in case your pitch or accommodation is not going to be occupied that same day, and as long as the organization allows it, you can contract Late Check Out and stay until 7 p.m. in your pitch/accommodation. If you do not contract Late Check Out and the campsite reception allows it, as a courtesy you can stay until 3pm using the campsite facilities, but not in the accommodation/pitch. Furthermore, in the case of pitches, you must leave the caravan, car or motorhome outside.
In high season (from June 23 to August 31): clients must leave the pitch or accommodation at the scheduled time (12am on the pitch and 11am in the accommodation), but you can stay until 3pm using the facilities (if authorized by reception). If the accommodation is available, you have the possibility of contracting Late Check Out and being in your accommodation or pitch until 7:00 p.m. (you must ask at reception on the day of departure).

When can I contract late check-out?
You should always hire it on the last day of your stay, since it is subject to availability.
If you make your reservation with ACSI or some other discount and want to leave later than 12 noon, you must pay for one more night, always subject to availability.
Is there quiet time or night rest?
In all the Sènia Group campsites, as we are a group oriented towards families, we understand that rest hours are very important. For this reason, in all our campsites there must be silence from midnight until morning.
Are barbecues allowed? Are there areas enabled for this?
Barbecues are allowed in all Sènia campsites. At the Sènia Rupit there are central barbecues for free use, at the Sènia Cala Gogo Internacional there are barbecues in all accommodation, and in the rest of Sènia only the 5 Senis have them included. Likewise, clients can bring their own or rent it (except in Cala Gogo and Rupit).
Do you offer transfer service from the airport to the campsite?
Yes in all the campsites of the Sènia group, except Sènia Rupit.
What happens if I cannot arrive on the scheduled day of my reservation?
It would be best if you notified us in advance, but if you are delayed due to some unforeseen event, we will try to contact you within one or two days before canceling the reservation.
Do you offer laundry service? How does it work?
In the Sènia campsites you can find laundries, with washing machines and dryers. In some machines you can pay by card, with coins or with tokens purchased at reception. Be sure to ask for more information once at the campsite.
How can I modify my reservation?

Yes, during the online Check-in process you will be asked for the ID and full name of all members.

Do babies pay?
Babies 0-2 years old do not pay for accommodation or pitches. But they do count to calculate the capacity of the accommodation or plot.
