Grupo Sènia, Decathlon and Ainania Yoga joined forces to create the first yoga + SUP yoga retreat KIMJALY. A unique event in Spain that combines 3 of the main pillars of the philosophies of each organizer:
- Sènia's respect for the environment: Sènia Campsites group is an example of passion for the environment and commitment to sustainability. Since its creation, they have worked to minimise the environmental impact of their activities and to promote conservation and respect for nature at all levels. Each of the Group's campsites is located in the most wonderful natural sites in Catalonia, which is why they work to keep them clean and cared for.
- Decathlon's passion for sport: Decathlon is a company that has a clear passion for sport, which is reflected in its mission to make sport accessible to everyone. Since its foundation, the company has worked tirelessly to provide high quality and accessible sports products at affordable prices.
- Ainania's love for Yoga: She is passionate about yoga and in 2016 she created "Urban Yoga"her own style of Yoga with its much more anatomical approach. Since then, she has been communicating her way of understanding Yoga and life.
The aim of this retreat is to share the tools of different cultures learned by Ainania in one of the most charming natural areas of the Costa Brava, Cala Cristus. A unique and enriching experience, combining our passion for yoga and nature. During the retreat, we will practice yoga at the beach and in the water on a SUP board, which is an added bonus, an extra challenge and a sense of freedom and connection with the environment.

Supyoga and yoga activity programme
Friday 16 June
- You can check in at the campsite Sènia Internacional de Calonge from 16:00h.
- At 17:00h we will greet each other in the Welcome Circle.
- From 18:00h to 19:15h we will have the first session of Urban Yoga.
- At 20:00h the dinner will take place in the Chill Out restaurant of the campsite.
- We will finish the day with a group meditation at 21:30h.
Saturday 17 June
We will start the day in the best possible way:
- At 7:00 a.m. we will go on a sunrise hike and complement it with a supyoga activity.
- At 10:00h we will have a refreshment in the restaurant of the campsite before a yin yoga workshop (myofascial unloading with tennis balls) + straps (yoga belt) at 10:30h.
- At 13:00h we will return to the Chill Out restaurant for lunch and from there, we will have some time to rest.
- From 16:00h to 18:00h we will celebrate a cocoa ceremony and the empowerment circle.
- At 19:00h, dinner will take place at the Chill Out Restaurant of the campsite.
- And we will end the day with Sound Healing from 20:30h to 22:30h.
Sunday 18 June
We will get up early to do the Supyoga mati activity at 8:00h on the beach of Cala Cristus.
At 9:30h we will have breakfast and then move on to a partner and acroyoga workshop (initiation) using the yogi partner to improve your flexibility. This workshop will take place at 10:00h.
At 13:00h it's time to visit for the last time the Chill Out restaurant of the campsite and delight yourself with its magnificent menu.
And at 15:30h there will be a closing circle with which we will say goodbye to a weekend full of good and magical moments.
SUP Yoga Accommodation
The accommodation chosen for the occasion is the Helia Plus. A mobile home with three bedrooms divided into a double room and two rooms with two single beds each.
As for the area, it is one of the quietest on the campsite, so that when you finish your Yoga activities, you can continue in a relaxed state until the next day.
