Yoga invites you to connect body and mind through postures, breathing and presence. It’s perfect for releasing tension, gaining flexibility and feeling more centred.
Pilates, on the other hand, strengthens deep muscles, improves posture and helps you tone your body with low impact.
Stretching, or mindful stretching, rounds out the experience by relaxing the muscles, improving circulation and preventing injury — all through soft, conscious movement.
You don’t need any previous experience: our sessions are designed for all levels and take place in a natural setting that enhances the healing effect of each practice.
