Grupo Sènia was born more than 50 years ago and since then, the night of June 23rd is one of the nights we have marked in our calendar. San Juan weekend is a long-awaited date for the whole Sènia family and we prepare these days with a lot of dedication and enthusiasm. In each of the campsites of the Sènia Group it is celebrated in a different way and each one has its own peculiarity, however, there is something in common that happens year after year in all the campsites "the magic". That essence, the feeling of living a magical and special moment, which goes far beyond a celebration like any other. San Juan is a tradition that dates back to Roman times and has remained to this day as one of the most important festivities in the Spanish Mediterranean.
During the night of San Juan in Spain, different activities take place such as lighting bonfires on the beach or in public squares, jumping over the flames, setting off fireworks, dancing and singing. It is also said to be a magical night where you can make wishes and perform rituals to attract good luck and ward off bad energy.
Programme and activities in Sant Joan
Camping Sènia Tucan (Lloret de Mar)
Every day of the long weekend there will be different activities for the little ones: mini-club, mini-disco, dances, crafts, painting and colouring,... In addition, every night there will be shows in the campsite's restaurant. Specifically during the night of June 23rd we will have live music and a special menu with coca and cava to celebrate San Juan as it should be.
Note: It is completely forbidden to throw firecrackers inside the campsite.
Camping Sènia Caballo de Mar (Pineda de Mar)
Camping Caballo de Mar is located on the beach, so we live the shortest night of the year in a vibrant way. The campsite will have entertainment activities every day of the long weekend (mini-club, aquagym, dances, mini-disco, supervised classes...). As for the night of San Juan, we will have a live show in the main restaurant area.
Note: It is not allowed to throw firecrackers in the campsite.
Camping Sènia Cala Gogo (Calonge)
2023 has arrived at Cala Gogo with many novelties and most of them, thanks to the incorporation of Camping Internacional de Calonge to the family. Therefore, this San Juan will be more special than ever as it will be the first San Juan in common of both campsites.
It should be noted that during the night of San Juan there will be a different show in each of the restaurants of Camping Cala Gogo but you will also be able to access the other restaurants of the international. During this night the area where the main activities of the San Juan programme will take place will be in the restaurant on the beach where we will have the main San Juan night party and we will offer a special menu with a glass of cava. It will probably be one of the establishments where there will be more activities for San Juan of the Sènia campsites.
Firecrackers are not allowed in the campsite.
Camping Sènia Cala Canyelles (Lloret de Mar)
Camping Canyelles is only 200 metres from the beach but it is fairly quiet even in San Juan. Although the campsite is usually full at this time of year, its layout means that there are no crowds of people and it is ideal for those looking to relax.
During the night of San Juan there will also be a special menu of coca and cava in the restaurant of the campsite and there will be a small show on the main stage.
It is not allowed to throw firecrackers inside the campsite.
Camping Sènia Rupit (Rupit)
This is a very different campsite from the others, located in the mountains, in a unique natural setting. The peace and quiet can be enjoyed even on days like these and it is ideal for nature lovers who are looking for something different from the sun and beach destination.
Generally at Camping Rupit we don't have an entertainment service, but for San Juan we have organized a very special celebration. During the night of the 23rd we will have a fun karaoke contest with lots of gifts and prizes. We will also make a Galician "queimada" and there will be a special decoration for these days.

Camping Sènia International Calonge (Calonge)
As we mentioned before, this campsite is the latest to join the Sènia family. Like Cala Gogo, this year will be very special for them, as it will be their first year as Sènia.
During the long weekend there will be different activities for both children and adults and at night there will be shows in every restaurant of the campsite. In addition, you will be able to enjoy all the services, facilities and activities of Camping Cala Gogo.
