Therefore at Grupo Senia, we’ve been working on quality holidays for more than 50 years, in order to provide all the services that make your stay with us unforgettable.  

All Senia Group campsites are directed by standards stipulated in our own quality system. A system integrated in our philosophy and in our way of understanding holidays. This system is based on 3 main pillars:

  1. Immediate response. We want to know how you are doing, how your holidays are going and if something can be improved. That is to say, we do not only care that you come to Senia Campsites, we care that your days with us are being perfect, because for us, holidays are a synonym of excitement and happiness. To achieve this, we like to be in touch with our guests through a continuous communication system with the campsite’s receptions. The guests can ask us for anything they need. A priority of ou quality system is to sort out everything in the shortest possible time. After all, it's your holiday, and there’s no second to waste!
  2. Service Quality control. Details are the most important! All our services are periodically subjected to controls that ensure quality standards to guarantee a great holiday.
